• Refund or Return: Refunds or returns are only available for products that arrive damaged.

• Proof Requirement: If your product is damaged, please provide proof by sending images to connect@bellaboost.in within 24 hours of receiving the item.

• Eligibility: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return or refund.

• Inspection: Once we receive your request and proof of damage, when we received the item our team will inspect the item. If approved, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference within 48-72 hours.
