Exchange Policy:

Hello, and thank you for shopping at BELLABOOST. We hope you enjoy our product as much as we enjoyed making it for you, but if you are unsatisfied with the fit or style, we will gladly swap it for a different size!

• Refunds are only available for products that have a damage issue or size issue.
• Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, in its original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way. We do not offer exchanges on any opened, stained, or used products.

The product/products will be picked up within 72 hours by our delivery partner after the exchange request is processed.

Once the purchased order is picked up from the customer, the order will reach the BellaBoost warehouse within 8-12 working days and after the quality check is done then the team will ship the exchange order.

Please note: Any exchanges because of or with any marks or stains will not be accepted.

Return Policy:

To be eligible for returns, you must raise a return request within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery to be eligible to return the product.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way. We do not offer store credit on any opened, stained, or used products.

Our delivery partner will pick up the return within 72 hours of the request being processed.

Please note: We don’t offer any refunds. If you choose to return we will give you a coupon code via email. You can purchase any product on our website within 1 year with the remaining credit.
